<p>All Aetron diecast model cars are sold and fulfilled exclusively through <a href="https://blinkit.com/s/?q=aetron">Blinkit</a>. Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled <strong>only through Blinkit, within 24 hours of delivery</strong>. No returns, refunds, or replacements are offered outside this window.</p>

<h3>How to raise a return</h3>
<ol><li>Open the Blinkit app within <strong>24 hours of delivery</strong>.</li>
<li>Go to <strong>Orders</strong> → select your Aetron order → tap <strong>Need Help</strong>.</li>
<li>Choose the relevant issue (damaged, defective, wrong item, missing item) and upload clear photos.</li>
<li>Blinkit will arrange a replacement or refund per their standard policy.</li>
</ol>

<h3>What's covered (within the 24-hour Blinkit window)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Paint chipping or peeling out of the box</li>
<li>Broken or stuck hinges, doors that won't open</li>
<li>LED lights or engine sound not working on first use</li>
<li>Missing parts, missing batteries, or wrong model shipped</li>
<li>Manufacturing defects in the alloy casting</li>
</ul>

<h3>What's NOT covered</h3>
<ul>
<li>Any issue reported after 24 hours from delivery</li>
<li>Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, impacts)</li>
<li>Water or moisture damage</li>
<li>Normal wear from extended handling</li>
<li>Cosmetic preferences (colour shade, decal placement variation)</li>
<li>Tampering or attempted disassembly</li>
</ul>

<h3>Refund timelines</h3>
<p>Refunds are processed by Blinkit to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or COD refund) per Blinkit's standard schedule — typically <strong>1–7 business days</strong>.</p>
