<p>Welcome to Aetron. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aetron.in website ("Site") and Aetron-branded diecast model cars sold through Blinkit and other authorised channels. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.</p>

<h3>1. About Aetron</h3>
<p>Aetron is an independent Indian diecast model car brand headquartered in India. Aetron is <strong>not affiliated with Audi e-tron</strong> or any car manufacturer. Real car names, silhouettes, and trademarks referenced on this Site (e.g. Brabus G800, Lamborghini Revuelto, Porsche 911 GT3) are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the styling inspiration for each model. All such trademarks belong to their respective owners.</p>

<h3>2. The website is a catalogue</h3>
<p>aetron.in is a brand catalogue. We do not currently process orders, payments, or shipping directly on aetron.in. All Aetron orders are placed, paid for, and fulfilled through <a href="https://blinkit.com/s/?q=aetron">Blinkit</a>. When you tap "Buy on Blinkit," you leave aetron.in and enter into a transaction directly with Blinkit, subject to Blinkit's own terms and conditions.</p>

<h3>3. Pricing and availability</h3>
<p>Prices and stock shown on aetron.in are indicative. The binding price and availability for any order is the one displayed on Blinkit at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.</p>

<h3>4. Product descriptions</h3>
<p>We make every effort to describe Aetron products accurately, including scale, materials, features (opening doors, LED lights, engine sound), and colours. Minor variations in shade, decal placement, and finish are inherent to manufactured diecast products and are not defects. Photographs on the Site are representative; the model you receive will closely match but may vary slightly.</p>

<h3>5. Age recommendation and safety</h3>
<p>Aetron diecast cars are recommended for collectors and enthusiasts <strong>aged 8 and above</strong>. They contain small parts and metal components and are not suitable as standalone toys for very young children. Adult supervision is recommended for any handling by children. Batteries (where included) must be kept out of reach of children.</p>

<h3>6. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>The Aetron name, logo, product designs, photography, website copy, and the Aetron diecast models themselves are the intellectual property of Aetron and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You may share Aetron product photos on personal social media accounts with credit.</p>

<h3>7. User conduct</h3>
<p>You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers, (b) submit false or misleading information, (c) use the Site to harass, abuse, or impersonate any person, or (d) introduce viruses or any other malicious code.</p>

<h3>8. External links</h3>
<p>The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Blinkit, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.</p>

<h3>9. Limitation of liability</h3>
<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetron's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any Aetron product is limited to the price you paid for the product. Aetron is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.</p>

<h3>10. Returns &amp; warranty</h3>
<p>Returns and replacements are handled exclusively through Blinkit, within 24 hours of delivery, as described in our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund &amp; Replacement Policy</a>. No warranty, express or implied, is offered outside this 24-hour Blinkit return window.</p>

<h3>11. Changes to these Terms</h3>
<p>We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.</p>

<h3>12. Governing law</h3>
<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.</p>
